Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility Ability to translate business needs and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs Experience with creating user flows, journey maps, and information architecture Familiarity with design systems and consistent visual styling Good understanding of basic HTML/CSS (optional but preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working closely with developers, product managers, and other designers Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional design Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines
